Lingo Staffing is hiring a hands-on Assembly / Repair Technician in the Richmond, VA area to start ASAP!
Assembly / Repair Technician - Responsible for assembling, repairing, and inspecting precision components used in medical equipment. This role requires the use of hand tools, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions to ensure products meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
Pay & Scheduled:- $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
- 1st Shift: Monday Friday: 8:00AM 5:00PM
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Requirements:- Must have 2 plus years of assembly, manufacturing, or electronics experience
- Experience working with small parts or detailed work is a big plus
- Ability to read instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands
- Reliable, consistent, and ready to work
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and repair medical components using hand tools and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform quality checks using gauges, jigs, and visual inspections
- Work with tools such as screwdrivers, electric fasteners, and soldering equipment
- Complete production and repair paperwork accurately
- Follow GMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines at all times
- Identify and report any defects or issues immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support shipping/receiving when needed
