Our client in Boardman, OH is looking for a reliable Assembly Specialist to join their manufacturing team. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to a team environment. This role involves inspecting plastic parts produced by injection molding machines to ensure they meet quality and production standards. Hours

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay

• $14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect molded plastic parts to verify they meet quality specifications
• Trim, clip, and remove excess plastic from finished products
• Sort and package parts according to work instructions
• Identify acceptable and defective parts based on quality standards
• Complete required production and inspection paperwork during the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in shift meetings and communicate production or quality concerns
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience with quality inspection or packaging processes

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience a plus
