Assembly Supervisor
Responsible for the coordination of resources and activities to ensure that products and goods are produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Specific activities often include scheduling, staffing recommendations, training, quality andinventory control, and equipment purchase and maintenance. In addition, they also have the responsibility of maintaining consistency and communication between their department and other inter-related departments within the company in order to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Must report to Assembly Manager on recovery dates that are missed and offer suggestions and ideas to keep schedule on time. Must be flexible in their schedule. Is a leader within the department holding employees accountable for business ethics and daily performance.
