About the Role
The Assembly Team Lead is the heartbeat of the shift. You're not a supervisor watching from the sidelines — you're on the floor, hands-on, keeping the team moving, solving problems in real time, and making sure every operator has what they need to do great work. You'll lead Assembly and Rework operations while filling in where needed, developing new employees, and being the first line of support before escalating to the Shift Supervisor or Engineering.
If you take pride in your craft, care about your team, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.
