Production Associate - Assembly Technician

Location: Tech Distribution Facility - South Reno

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Assemble and prepare cords
• Pack completed servers and power strips
• Label and prepare packages for shipment

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and squat throughout shift
• Lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Comfortable standing in one position for extended periods
• Overtime on Saturdays may be required based on business needs

General Warehouse Expectations:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Steel toe shoes/boots are required
• Adhere to production timelines and meet quality standards
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Report damaged products, safety concerns, or equipment issues immediately
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
