LINK Staffing is hiring an Assembly Technician in Katy, TX for a hands-on manufacturing role. This position is a good fit for someone with mechanical assembly experience who can use hand and power tools, follow drawings and work instructions, and build equipment components with accuracy.

You will be assembling mechanical parts, frames, hardware, and related components in a clean, organized production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical parts, frames, hardware, and equipment components
• Use hand tools and power tools to fasten, fit, and adjust parts
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality, fit, and proper function
• Install or connect basic electrical or hydraulic components when needed
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues during the build process
• Report damaged parts, missing materials, or quality concerns
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring tools
• Ability to read and follow drawings, diagrams, or written assembly instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Basic electrical wiring or hydraulic component experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
