Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play an important role in bringing finished products to life. Responsibilities include:
- Perform mechanical assembly of sheet-metal-based products
- Install rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components
- Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Accurately measure components using tape measures and other measuring tools
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit
- Work with production teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous mechanical assembly experience required
- Hands-on experience with riveting and rivnut installation
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Ability to accurately read measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Commitment to safety and quality
