Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This second-shift position is responsible for assembling industrial equipment, subassemblies, and finished products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and production standards.
The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or assembly experience, is comfortable working with hand and power tools, and takes pride in producing high-quality assemblies in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
Air cooler manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and ability to work second shift
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering specifications
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, fit, and proper function
Identify and report defective, damaged, or missing components
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily manufacturing goals
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience assembling industrial air coolers or heat exchanger equipment
Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and assembly documentation
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
Ability to safely use hand and power tools while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around production equipment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and assembly facility
