Assembly Technician - Austin, TX

Adecco is hiring Assembly Technicians to build and repair semiconductor equipment and subassemblies used in advanced manufacturing in Austin TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-tech production environment. 

What you’ll do: 

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and semiconductor equipment 
• Follow work instructions, schematics, diagrams, layouts, and test procedures 
• Perform inspection checks to confirm parts, tools, and materials are available and in good working order 
• Troubleshoot issues and help determine corrective actions when malfunctions occur 
• Follow standard processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality 
• Work collaboratively to meet production, safety, and quality goals 

What we’re looking for: 

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Entry-level to intermediate manufacturing/assembly experience preferred 
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail 
• Comfortable reading and following technical instructions and diagrams 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills 
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and overtime as needed 
• Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs 
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 

Schedules and Payment information: 

• Competitive pay of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour 
• Overtime may be required 
• Multiple shifts available

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
