We have an exciting opportunity for Assembly Technician position in Chesapeake Virginia!
Qualifications:
Must have never had felony
Must have 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Must have a high school diploma or GED required
Must have the ability to read and understand basic instructions, diagrams, and work orders
Must have basic math skills
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
Perform bench and line assembly operations in accordance with work instructions and quality standards
Assemble components by positioning parts in specified relationships and securing them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives (e.g., Loctite), or other fastening methods
Operate and tend assembly equipment such as presses and riveting machines
Rotate between workstations and tasks based on production needs
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines
Support team members and cross-functional departments as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm or
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay:
$18-$20/hour based on experience
