Assembly Technician

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Experience: Warehouse or manufacturing experience required
Language: Bilingual preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to work instructions, completing production orders accurately, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to engineering documentation and assigned work orders.
• Complete assembly, packaging, and sub-assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Meet daily production schedules and productivity expectations.
• Complete required work order documentation.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform additional production or warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to push and pull heavy objects using appropriate equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8–12-hour shifts.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
