We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Everett, WA. This role is responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, and certifying products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality work while meeting daily production goals.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
Utilize basic hand tools and assembly equipment to build high-quality products.
Perform pressure calibration and verification processes on completed units.
Conduct final inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Secure, certify, and prepare finished units for shipment.
Accurately document production activities and quality data using computer-based systems.
Work efficiently within a U-shaped manufacturing cell environment.
Meet daily production goals of approximately 30 units per day (approximately 15 minutes per unit).
Identify and report quality concerns, process improvements, and production issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
Experience using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.
Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.
Soldering experience.
Proven reliability, attendance, and ability to consistently meet production goals.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
