Assembly Technician

Position Summary
To manually assemble complex industrial machinery, over the course of the machine build, the following duties are to be performed in a timely manner.
• Basic wiring utilizing blueprint drawings • Control Panel Wiring Layout and wiring of control panel • Wiring and plumbing of pneumatics • Assembly of Machine Utilizing strong motor skills and strong mechanical aptitude, use power tools and hand tools to assemble the frame of the machine. • Assembly of minor tooling, drilling, and tapping • Make and install guarding for the machine • Preparing for delivery With instructions from the team lead, disassemble the machine and crate it for delivery.
Additional Requirements
• Forklift and Crane lift certification will be provided after hire • Must work well with others and be a team contributor • Keep work area clean and safe • Perform other duties as required or assigned
What You Bring to the Team
High School Diploma or GED equivalency - required Electronic Trade School certificate or any higher education in electronics or mechanical systems preferred 1-2 years of related work experience OR Any appropriate combination of education and experience Proficient with power and hand tools
