The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling Hydronic Efficiency Products (HEP) according to engineering specifications while supporting warehouse operations through receiving, material handling, inventory organization, and quality-focused processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are assembled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements: Essential Functions
Assemble pressure vessel products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Assemble products following the painting process and prepare completed units for shipment.
Assist with quality inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing.
Receive incoming materials and verify components meet quality requirements.
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring ASME-certified components are properly identified and stored.
Maintain separation of stainless steel and carbon steel materials to preserve product integrity.
Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging and palletizing.
Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Safely operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, and other material handling equipment as authorized.
Accurately use measuring devices and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality procedures.
Support inventory counts and general warehouse organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. The employee is routinely exposed to moving mechanical equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
