The Assembly Technician is responsible for accurately assembling parts and components in alignment with detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. This role requires proficiency with various hand and power tools, a strong attention to detail during inspections, and effective communication to support seamless production workflows. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and organized workspace while contributing to process improvements and assisting with related production tasks.

Preferred:
· Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, fabrication, maintenance, automotive, construction, or a related hands-on environment.
· Experience reading basic drawings, diagrams, work instructions, or bills of materials.
· Familiarity with quality checks, inventory handling, packaging, shipping preparation, or lean manufacturing practices.
· Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning more about parts, tools, equipment, and production processes.
