Assembly Technician – Large Assembly
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible scheduling available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Summary:
  • Assemble and test electronic and electro-mechanical products
  • Work with blueprints, schematics, and instructional materials
  • Support production goals through quality workmanship
  • Collaborate with production teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical assembly using hand, powered, and pneumatic tools
  • Integrate PCBs and electronic components into products
  • Assemble and test products from start to finish
  • Perform calibration and maintain testing records
  • Read and follow blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Lift and move components up to 70 lbs. (140 lbs. team-lift)
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
  • Prior electronics assembly experience preferred
  • Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
Interview & Screening Requirements:
  • Onsite interview and assembly assessment (approximately 1 hour)
  • Must pass background check (no felonies, theft, violence, or sex crimes)
  • Must pass drug test
  • NDA signature required
