Minimum 2-5 year of manufacturing experience required

- Assemble, polish, and test fiber optic cables and connector components
- Perform termination of single and multi-fiber cable assemblies
- Support prototype builds, test builds, and new product introduction (NPI) activities as needed
- Operate equipment including fiber routers and over-molding machinery
- Measure components using calipers, gauges, and other tools
- Complete required documentation to ensure product traceability
- Inspect work using quality standards, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs
- Follow proper cleaning and contamination control procedures for optical assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and suggest process improvements
