Pay Rate: $18-21.00 /hr DOE
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30am -4:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Must be flexible for overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components on the assembly line.
- Perform assembly inspections and record results.
- Work closely with other assemblers and the line leads to connect components and construct finished products.
- Maintain hand tools and exchange if needed to maintain the required quality level and performance.
- Inspect parts for quality, fit and finish and report any nonconformance to the line lead.
- Monitor finished product to ensure standards of quality are met.
- Ensure cleanliness of the production floor.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Wear designated personal protection equipment (PPE).
- Read and interpret blueprints.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Assembly experience in a fast-paced, quality-oriented manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 1-year as a mechanical assembler is required.
- Comfortable in using hand and power tools, manufacturing machines and test equipment to perform product assembly.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
