Assembly Technicians (Level I, II, & III needed) We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of agricultural equipment and machinery, ensuring that all components meet quality and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-performance machinery that supports farmers and agricultural operations. ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN I JOB SUMMARY Assemble mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Read and understand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to assemble small mechanical assemblies.
- Perform and build sub-assemblies (head, engine, etc.).
- Must have basic tool knowledge and usage with hand tools and battery impacts.
- Must have hardware knowledge (nuts, bolts, washers).
- Read Parts Book (inventory catalog).
- Provide assembly support for Assembly Tech II’s and III’s.

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN II JOB SUMMARY - Proficiently assemble large mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment. Identify problems and continually look for ways to improve the process.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to assemble large mechanical assemblies.
- Develop and improve SOP’s.
- Assemble pieces of equipment with minimal direction.
- Must have knowledge and usage of specialty tools (A/C machine, hose machine, etc.).
- Must be skilled in the usage of GP (Great Plains), Parts Book (inventory catalog), and internal BOM (Bill of Material).
- Establish a pick list (BOM).
- Read and implement the hydraulic hose list and electrical list.
- Lead assembly process.
- Train fellow assembly technicians.
- Become certified to run A/C machine and CAT software program (as needed).

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN III JOB SUMMARY - Proficiently assemble mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment. Assist in the development of assembly processes and SOP’s. Identify problems and continually add ways to improve the process.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete entire assemblies with no direction.
- Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and guide others, directing the SOP process.
- Troubleshoot codes (trouble and fault).
- Ability to conceptualize complex equipment.
- Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Direct and train fellow assembly technicians.
- Become certified to run A/C machine and CAT software program (as needed).
