Position 1: Entry-Level Assembly Technician
Summary: Assist in assembling high-performance aftermarket automotive parts used in professional racing. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in precision manufacturing with hands-on training and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather parts and materials needed for assembly
- Assemble basic components such as shocks, brake kits, and other parts under supervision
- Maintain stock organization and cleanliness in the work area
- Follow detailed instructions and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and measuring skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Position 2: Experienced Assembly Technician
Summary: Use your experience and technical skill to assemble precision racing components for professional drag racing and NASCAR applications. This role requires a high level of mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assemble complex products such as shocks, steering boxes, master cylinders, and brake systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings or build sheets
- Inspect and verify components for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (automotive or related industry preferred)
- Strong measuring and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
- Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
