Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4x10 First Shift

What You'll Do

As a Technician, you'll work hands-on with highly detailed components and assemblies in support of production, development, manufacturing engineering, and preproduction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies with exceptional precision
• Perform assembly work on production units, prototypes, and developmental products
• Utilize microscopes to assemble and inspect miniature components and assemblies
• Conduct modifications, rework, and quality testing as required
• Identify and adapt to detailed part variations and manufacturing inconsistencies
• Follow work instructions and engineering guidance in environments where documentation may be limited
• Collaborate with manufacturing and development engineers to support product development initiatives
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and quality
• Support continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing and assembly processes
• Ensure products meet required specifications and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience using microscopes to assemble small or miniature components
• Strong visual acuity and ability to perform detailed microscope work for extended periods
• Experience handling miniature precision devices and components
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
• Ability to adapt to changing part conditions and detailed component inconsistencies
• Ability to work effectively in a production or development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an ISO-controlled or clean room environment
• Experience assembling miniature parts into complex assemblies using microscopes
• IPC J-STD-001 Solder Certification
• Background in electronics manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, medical device assembly, or other high-precision industries
• Experience performing product testing, troubleshooting, or rework activities
