What You’ll Do

• Assemble components using hand tools and documented work instructions

• Perform quality inspections to ensure precision and performance standards

• Meet daily production targets through teamwork and accountability

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workstation

• Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, long-term team players who take ownership of their work.

18+ years old
6+ months manufacturing or assembly experience strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance history
Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctuality
