Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production technician role
- Demonstrated experience with manual assembly, including adhesive/gluing processes
- Basic wiring and cable assembly experience
- Familiarity with quality inspection methods and use of standard measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly of parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions
- Apply adhesives and sealants using established gluing procedures, ensuring correct coverage and cure times
- Carry out simple wiring tasks including routing, connecting, and securing wiring harnesses or cable assemblies
- Perform basic soldering as required on applicable assemblies (through-hole and/or surface-mount components)
- Follow standardized assembly sequences to maintain consistency and production efficiency
