Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work in a hot warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble commercial floor mats according to production standards.
• Trim excess material using hand tools or production equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

As a Assembly Technician you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
