Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician.

Position Type:   Full Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire
Duration:            12 months
Location:            Tempe, AZ 85281
Shift:                   9/80 schedule 5:00am-2:30pm; EO Friday 5;00AM-1PM Mandatory Scheduled overtime
 
As an Assembly Technician you will be:
  • Assembler for Chemical Services to support the safe assembly, handling, labeling, packaging, and preparation of chemical-related products and service materials.
  • This role is responsible for following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, using proper safety procedures, inspecting finished items, and keeping accurate production and inventory records.
  • The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling.
  • It also requires adherence to chemical safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment, and attention to detail in all assembly-related tasks
  • Assembly and packaging

  • Work may be performed in a production area, chemical service area
  • May involve exposure to chemicals, fumes, or industrial equipment under controlled safety conditions

Ideal Candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality practices
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: 
Pay Range*: $19 to $19.50/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
