Golf Cart Assembly Technician

Competitive Pay Based on Experience; Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required based on production needs)

A growing manufacturing company is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join its team as Golf Cart Assembly Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new operation assembling high-quality golf carts and low-speed vehicles.

No extensive assembly experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble golf carts and vehicle components according to specifications

• Install batteries, wiring, steering systems, seats, wheels, lighting, and accessories

• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively

• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process

• Identify and report defects, shortages, or production concerns

• Follow safety procedures and standardized work instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with testing and final preparation of completed vehicles

• Meet daily production goals and quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude required

• Basic electrical or wiring experience is a plus

• Ability to read work instructions and assembly diagrams

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
