Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Entry-level position; prior assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

• Assemble products according to customer specifications
• Count, sort, pick, and kit materials and components
• Apply labels and package finished products
• Fold, measure, and inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Compare finished items against specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed

What You Will Do

As a Assembly you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.

The Assembly is responsible for assembling products according to production requirements and established quality standards. This role requires dependable work habits, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing consistent, accurate work.
