- Operate riveting machines, staplers, carton sealing machinery, and auxiliary equipment used to produce finished goods and work in process.
- Trim, visually inspect, and pack plastic products according to production and quality standards.
- Communicate production or quality issues with supervisors and technical personnel.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and complete assignments within the scope of the role as directed by management.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM in New Castle, DE.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, maintain records, and write legibly.
- Must be able to follow safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace conduct guidelines.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous assembly, packing, warehouse, or production experience.
Experience with visual inspection, quality checks, or packaging equipment
