Assembly Worker
Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a great company in Visalia, CA. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with multiple shifts available. No previous experience is required-paid training will be provided!
Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
Job Duties
  • Assemble small electronic components, including diodes.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Use good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work safely while meeting production goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals.
  • Ability to read and use measuring tools such as calipers and understand tolerances.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
