ob Summary:
Responsible for assembling heavy-duty suspension components and related products according to company and customer specifications. The Assembly Operator uses pneumatic and hand tools, performs quality inspections, follows production specifications, and maintains a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using pneumatic and hand tools according to specifications.
• Read and follow production schedules, work instructions, and build specifications.
• Use torque wrenches and basic measurement equipment to ensure proper assembly.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Identify defective parts or assembly issues and report them appropriately.
• Accurately record production activities and required production data.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with team members and technical support personnel to resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement and downtime activities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or required depending on position.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and understand basic production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow established procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and grasping.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required by the position.
