Production Assembler – Natural Energy Components

We are currently hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility producing framing components for the natural energy industry. This is a short-term assignment expected to run through September, with potential for extension based on workload and production needs.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Some Fridays may be required based on production demands

Job Duties:

• Assemble metal framing components using hand tools and air drills
• Fasten nuts, bolts, and hardware to assemblies according to work instructions
• Work in rotating teams, typically in groups of 2
• Retrieve and transport parts using carts as needed
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to use hand tools and power/air tools
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements:

• Light industrial work environment
• Parts weigh approximately 7 lbs. when assembled
• No heavy lifting required
