Assembly Worker - 2nd Shift

Join our team and help bring new life to the production line! We are looking for dedicated individuals to keep operations blooming.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed including Saturday-Sunday
• 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm 
• $17 per hour weekly pay 

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate the press line and rack the parts produced
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure our products meet high standards
• Maintain a tidy work environment to ensure safety
• Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Drive forklifts and perform metal rework on parts
• Set dies on bolsters, requiring a crane operating license

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Complete quality check documentation
• Initiate and assist in quality improvements
• Maintain production efficiencies
• Perform die changeovers and program automation equipment
• Build automation tooling and troubleshoot equipment
• Rack parts according to specifications and load steel using a forklift
• Participate in improvement activities using 5-S / TPM processes

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background and drug screening
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred
• General knowledge of quality systems
• Able to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects

Health, Safety and Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more
• Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, and reaching
• Good hand and eye coordination
