Assembly Line Worker – 1st Shift
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to join our production team on 1st shift. This position involves assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for steady daytime hours.

Job Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to instructions and production standards.
Work at assigned stations along the production or assembly line.
Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues.
Package, label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Keep materials and supplies organized at the workstation.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Report equipment, product, or quality problems to the supervisor.
Work cooperatively with team members to keep the production line running efficiently.
Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and learn job duties quickly.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good attention to detail.
Willingness to perform repetitive production tasks.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for most or all of the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Ability to work safely around manufacturing and production equipment.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Overtime may be available or required depending on production needs.
