Location: Johnson City, TN

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Monday - Friday

Job Duties

  • Assemble product parts manually and use power tools to cut, drill, and attach components.
  • Label products and inspect them to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot any production issues by addressing faulty parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Assist with unloading and organizing stock as needed, while consistently following safety protocols and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.

Assembly Worker Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

What You Will Do

As a Assembly Worker you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembly Worker helps transform individual components into finished products through skilled assembly techniques and quality workmanship. This role requires technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and the ability to consistently follow detailed production instructions.
