Now hiring assembly worker Johnson City, TN. Pay rate: $15.50 per hour. Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Monday – Friday. What it takes: high school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
What your shift looks like: assemble product parts manually and use power tools to cut, drill, and attach components. Label products, inspect them to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot any production issues by addressing faulty parts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure equipment is in good working order. Prepare finished products for shipment. Assist with unloading and organizing stock as needed, while consistently following safety protocols and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
