Assembly Worker – Full-Time Manufacturing Jobs (Temp-to-Hire)
Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in the Versailles area. Pay and Schedule for Assembly Workers
- Pay: $16.64 per hour, paid weekly
- Full-time with overtime available
- Shifts available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. FOR TRAINING
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Requirements for the Assembly Worker
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
- Able to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
Assembly Worker Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a team environment
- Inspect and handle metal components and raw materials
- Assist in the production of rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
