Job Title: Talent Strategy Partner
Type:Part-Time Contractor (~20 hours/week)

Durations: 6-12+ Months with possible extension & conversion.
Job Overview: - This role will support the Talent Strategy team, which is responsible for developing and executing an integrated talent, leadership, culture and organizational strategy in support of Client's business goals.
- This team ensures the right talent, skills and supporting capabilities are in place to drive Client's continues success.
- We are seeking an experienced Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to support our enterprise-wide talent assessment strategy.
- This role is central to the design, validation, and implementation of pre-hire assessments that support effective, fair, and business-aligned selection decisions.
- A strong foundation in I-O psychology, particularly in selection, job analysis, and psychometrics, is essential.
Required:- Expertise in selection process design, job analysis, validation strategies, and psychometrics
- Applied experience implementing and managing assessment solutions across varied roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convey results to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and external vendors
- Up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and professional guidelines in assessment and selection
- Ability to drive innovation based on emerging research and practical application in I-O psychology
- Strong knowledge of psychometric principles, legal guidelines, and best practices in personnel selection
Responsibilities:- Conduct job analyses to ensure assessments are role-relevant, valid, and defensible
- Design and validate pre-employment tools in line with professional and legal standards
- Analyze assessment data for fairness, validity, and business impact
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement and monitor assessments
- Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders
- Support documentation and compliance efforts to meet legal and regulatory standards
- Provide project and stakeholder management throughout the assessment lifecycle
- Contribute to training initiatives on effective interviewing and assessment use
