Description
Join our team in Houston, TX, as an Asset Management Analyst on a contract basis.
This role involves managing software and hardware assets, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts, and supporting IT equipment throughout its lifecycle.
The position requires proficiency in asset management technologies and strategic procurement planning.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement processes for tracking and analyzing company assets.
Track and maintain documentation for software licenses and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with audits and manage asset upgrades and replacements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic procurement.
Manage third-party audits and ensure legal compliance with licensing.
Qualifications
Experience in asset management and procurement planning.
Proficiency in managing software licenses and vendor contracts.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and analyzing asset data.
Ability to develop strategies for asset lifecycle management.
Experience in handling IT assets during mergers and acquisitions.
