The Opportunity As an Asset Management ntern at Anchor, you will support the Asset Management team in the execution of business plans for a portfolio of medical office real estate investments. This role provides hands on exposure to institutional asset management, including long term value creation through leasing, financial performance monitoring, and due diligence activities. You will gain direct insight into how asset management decisions impact investment performance and how work product is prepared for internal leadership, lenders, and institutional investors. Our ownership-mentality mindset is built upon the assumption that our Asset Managers may have the opportunity to present, explain, and defend their work product to our institutional clients – and that the client’s response to the timeliness, quality, thoroughness, format, and conclusions of the employee’s work product will form their impression of Anchor Health Properties.
