The Printer Deployment Coordinator will support the rollout of printers across assigned facilities. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract role will coordinate installation schedules, assist with equipment setup and testing, and track deployment status. The coordinator will verify connectivity and operational readiness, maintain accurate installation records, and escalate setup issues when necessary. This position helps ensure printer deployments are completed efficiently and equipment is properly assigned to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the installation and deployment of printers throughout assigned facilities.
- Schedule installation activities with departments, facilities staff, vendors, and end users.
- Assist with printer setup, configuration, testing, and connectivity verification.
- Track deployment progress, equipment locations, and installation status.
- Troubleshoot basic setup or connectivity issues and coordinate escalation when needed.
- Confirm that printers are operational and properly assigned to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate installation records and provide regular status updates.
- Support additional asset management and printer rollout activities as assigned.

Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $15 - $25 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
