Finance: LionTree Investment Management LLC seeks Asset Management Sr Assoc. in NY, NY to support sourcing, screening, & evaluation of new investment opportunities, incl mrkt research, company analysis, fin'l modeling, & prep of investment materials. Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Fin'ce, Econ., Econometrics & Quant Econ., or rel. field, & 4 yrs of exp in job offered or in rel. occupation: performing fin'l modeling incl LBO, DCF, three-statement analyses, KPI operating build, unit economics, retention metrics, customer concentration, returns analysis, sensitivity analysis, relative & intrinsic valuation, & vehicle-level cash flow distribution waterfall using Microsoft Excel.
