Opportunity and Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a $1 billion portfolio comprised of institutional quality assets located in Northern and Central Florida as well as in the Houston and Austin markets. You will collaborate with colleagues across Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Capital Markets to develop and execute strategic business plans. If you have a proactive and hands on asset management style with the ability to make strategic recommendations from the perspective of an owner, we'd like to meet you. The ideal candidate will enjoy having autonomy, while working in a collaborative environment. The Vice President will be supported by an Analyst.
A minimum of eight years of direct real estate industry experience is required with experience in office, industrial, and retail asset classes strongly preferred. Some travel will be required. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position. Strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills are also necessary.

Travel:
Travel required for property visits and market tours.
Compensation:
Competitive. Stockbridge's base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance.
