Sigmatech is seeking a qualified Asset Manager to provide support in the management of end-to-end logistics, documentation, and accountability lifecycle for Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2), C2 Network Optimization for Warfighting (C2NOW), and other similar missions for Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment for Active Duty, National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve units. This role serves as the critical node for ensuring that all COMSEC equipment authorization requests, stock coordination, and secure shipping are executed flawlessly in support of mission requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Mission Coordination: Actively participate in all synchronization, planning, and coordinating meetings representing logistics and equipment status for all affected missions.
2. Asset Tracking & Requirements: Monitor, forecast, and track all equipment and asset requirements supporting NGC2, C2NOW, and similar COMSEC operations.
3. Stock & Inventory Management: Coordinate across Product Manager (PdM) COMSEC to verify current owned stock levels, ensuring alignment with mission demands.
4. DA Form 4610-R Documentation: Handle the complete lifecycle of DA Form 4610-R (Equipment Changes) documentation, including drafting and submission on behalf of Unit organizations, and rigorous vetting for compliance, and coordination for amendments and accuracy of Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Augmented TDAs.
5. ISSP-A Coordination: Manage and execute equipment authorization requests through the Information Systems Security Program - Application (ISSP-A).
6. Shipping & Logistics: Oversee and coordinate the secure shipping, distribution, and receipt of COMSEC equipment to forward units and fielding locations.
7. Strict Accountability: Maintain continuous, end-to-end accountability of all COMSEC equipment throughout the request, approval, and delivery process.

Required Experience:
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Current active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Minimum seven (7) years' of relevant experience in military systems, and an understanding in the field of acquisition logistics and sustainment support.
- Proven experience in military logistics, equipment fielding, and secure supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience navigating and processing requests within ISSP-A.
- Understanding of DA Form 4610-R processing, Force Development equipment protocols, TDA's, Augmented TDA's, and standard COMSEC accountability regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, an additional four (4) years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
- Experience and training on Army Property Book Management and Army Regulation 700-142/770-2.
- Familiarity and experience using US Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) to include: Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
- Experience with US Army Material fielding of C5ISR systems.
- This position requires familiarity with US Army tactical formation in support of the US Army Campaign Plan.
- Knowledge of maintaining inventories and experience forecasting high distribution of systems fielded to many different types of tactical unit formations and platforms.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% as needed.
