Job Summary
The position will administer the compliance and monitoring activities for loans provided by the County to support the development of attainable housing. The position will collect financial and affordability reporting documents and use business systems to implement the work; interact and coordinate with borrowers, asset managers, property managers, property inspectors, accountants, and lawyers to implement the work; calculate and collect loan payments and track loan balances; review and approve loan draw requests; and coordinate and communicate with departmental management and leadership to demonstrate ongoing compliance with loan agreements.
Hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related field; two (2) years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Contingencies and Special Requirements
Successful candidates will undergo background checks as required. Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
