Asset Manager – Multifamily Real Estate

Growing Real Estate Investment firm is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for driving asset value, maximizing returns, executing strategic initiatives, and partnering with property management teams to achieve ownership objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of a multifamily portfolio and ensure assets meet or exceed financial targets.
• Develop and execute asset management strategies to increase NOI, occupancy, and property value.
• Analyze operating results, budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding portfolio performance and investment strategies.
• Lead capital improvement and value-add initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with property management teams to improve operations, resident retention, and overall asset performance.
• Assist with acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and asset dispositions.
• Monitor market conditions, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a key liaison between ownership, operations, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of multifamily asset management or regional property management experience.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Thorough understanding of multifamily operations and real estate market fundamentals.
• Proven track record of improving property performance and asset value.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
