Asset Mngmnt Specialist II

US Citizen,
No allowance for working remotely from outside of the United States, even temporarily
Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at an increased rate
Will be performing Hardware Asset Management for End User Assets (laptops, desktops, printers)
•On site at AOS 5 days per week – needs to be able to lift at least 30 lbs but most of the work is desk work
•Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform
•Intermediate Excel skills (would consider someone in high beginner but not someone with no Excel experience)
•Nice to have warehouse experience or asset management cycle, sharepoint/Teams experience
Some of the day-to-day activities would be:
•Processing returns
•Performing Physical Warehouse Inventory
•process broken asset to maintenance
•process repaired asset back to in stock
•download bench scan, check bench scan location
•send previous week return to imaging to remove from AD
•update scan kiosk
•Catalog order processing in ServiceNow
