Day in the life
As our Asset Reliability Planner, you’ll be the hub that keeps a high-speed food production floor running at peak performance. Your morning starts by reviewing CMMS dashboards, confirming parts availability, and releasing precise PM/PdM work orders. Mid-shift, you’re on the floor with maintenance and production teams, troubleshooting issues on packaging lines and coordinating quick, safe interventions. Before day’s end, you’re updating job plans, fine-tuning task frequencies, and coaching teammates on maintenance best practices to elevate food safety, quality, and uptime.
What you’ll do
- Plan, write, schedule, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance tasks for key processing and packaging assets.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and support production teams during changeovers and unplanned downtime.
- Own the CMMS: create work orders, maintain accurate asset data, track labor and materials, and analyze trends.
- Order and stage parts to ensure work readiness and minimal downtime.
- Coach maintenance and production employees on standard work and safe maintenance practices.
- Drive reliability improvements that meet food safety, product quality, and operational standards.
Your environment
Fast-paced manufacturing with exposure to mechanical, electrical, pressurized, refrigerated, and high-speed production equipment. You’ll interact daily with lines such as:
- Packaging Machines
- Pasteurizer
- Palletizer
- Blow Molding Machine
What you bring
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience paired with solid planning and scheduling ability.
- Background in food, beverage, frozen, refrigerated, or other high-speed manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in creating Preventive Maintenance Plans and executing PdM strategies.
