We are seeking an Asset Verification & IBM Maximo Specialist to support physical asset verification, asset criticality assessment, maintenance planning, and Enterprise Asset Management System enablement. The role will combine field-based asset verification with IBM Maximo configuration, asset data management, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience conducting physical asset verification and inspection.
- Experience performing asset tagging and labelling.
- Experience capturing and maintaining GIS coordinates for physical assets.
- Experience performing asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
- Experience developing preventive maintenance plans.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
- Experience configuring asset hierarchies and uploading and validating asset data within IBM Maximo.
- Experience setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Experience configuring or supporting KPI dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
