We''re looking for an experienced Web Engineer to join our Marcus Software Engineering team in AWM. This role is ideal for an engineer with at least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of React JS and HTML5. We''re looking for someone who is keen to learn and has excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills and is passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences.

• Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
• Provide digitally-advanced financial products to retail consumers
• Collaborate with globally-located cross functional team in building customer-centric products
• Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features
• Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks
• Help to drive a new, strategic, business line
• Integrate with best in class strategic partners
• Drive funnel optimization and client acquisition

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders
• Experience building transactional systems and strong understanding of software architecture
• Experience integrating with Restful web services
• Comfort with Agile Operating Models

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfort operating in a matrix environment
• Experience with microservice based architecture
