This role supports KE''s Assets and Facilities team by coordinating warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet assets, tools, equipment, and logistics activities across the organization. You''ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and asset records, supporting equipment utilization, and coordinating shipping, receiving, and fleet operations that directly impact project execution and operational efficiency. What You''ll Do

You''ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support warehouse organization and layout improvements.

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Label, log, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment activity.
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.

Inventory Management

  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Update inventory systems, including part numbers and quantities.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate stock levels with internal teams based on project needs.

Tool & Equipment Management

  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Track tool usage, repairs, replacements, and calibration schedules.
  • Manage equipment check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate equipment logistics, transfers, and scheduling between jobsites.
  • Serve as a point of contact for equipment requests.
  • Conduct field audits to verify inspections, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management to improve equipment accountability and planning.

Fleet Management

  • Coordinate fleet maintenance, scheduling, and compliance activities.
  • Track fleet assets, rentals, inspections, and repairs.
  • Support equipment and vehicle utilization tracking.
  • Monitor rental and transportation costs and identify savings opportunities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards focused on utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct field audits to verify rental usage, maintenance compliance, and asset records.
  • Identify process improvements that reduce downtime and operating costs.

What You Bring

You''re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate''s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, inventory control, logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, fleet management software, and equipment tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards and using data to support decision-making.

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

Pay Range: $25.85 - $29.08 per hour
